Hydro CMS provides a full content management system for designing, updating, and managing digital signage networks - from one screen, to thousands of screens. As a cloud-based solution, users can log in wherever an internet connection is available.

Images and videos can be uploaded into the Media section. These files then sit in the cloud, ready to be used in layouts, and can always be downloaded back to a local computer. The Layouts section allows for content to be designed within the software. The WYSIWYG work area makes adding content quick and easy. Zones can be added anywhere on the screen, and can also be layered to provide creative and professional designs. Images, videos, text, shapes, widgets, and dynamic data can all be added to a screen's layout, as well as transitions and animations. Any piece of content can be scheduled to only display based on day, time, dates, weather, wind, tempreture, and internet connectivity. The user can preview how the design will look at any stage.

The layouts are published to the screens in the Channels section.

Content

Images and videos are uploaded into the Media section and stored in the cloud. A variety of file formats are accepted.

A range of media players and 'System on chip' digital screens can be integrated directly with the software.

LG WebOS and Samsung SSSP digital screens are our recommended devices. They both allow Hydro CMS to remotely : set on/off timers, reboot the screen, adjust volume level, upgrade firmware, and view screen information and network settings.
